We aim to ensure every tradesperson and DIY enthusiast is fully satisfied with their purchase through a transparent and efficient exchange process.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your item is in its original, unopened packaging and includes all manuals and accessories; please note that gas-powered equipment and custom orders are final sale.

  Request Authorization

  Contact our customer service team with your order number and receipt to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping or bringing items back to the store.

• 3.
  Package and Label

  Securely pack your items to prevent damage during transit and clearly mark the outside of the package with your assigned RMA number.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned hardware for quality assurance, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
